Welcome to Natflow!
Natflow is a web application available online through a web browser. It requires no installation.
Before discovering the contents proposed by Natflow, the user ("the User") is invited to read and accept the present General Conditions of Use (GCU).
- What content is available on the Natflow application?
The Natflow application offers a library of information on naturopathy.
According to the WHO (World Health Organization), naturopathy is defined as "a set of health care methods aimed at strengthening the body's defenses by means considered to be natural and biological".
Naturopathy is not officially recognized in France, but is tolerated.
The naturopathic information available on the Natflow application falls within the so-called "non-conventional" medicine sector. This means that this information is not officially recognized scientifically or legally in France.
Naturopathy, on the other hand, is recognized in many European countries, such as Spain, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Romania, etc.
- Content and services that Natflow does not offer & Precautions for use
The information available on the Natflow application (including advice on use, precautions for use and contraindications) is not exhaustive and merely expresses the opinions of its authors.
This information is not recognized by the French scientific community.
This content is provided for information purposes only and is not intended to replace official texts. It may not be considered as scientific or medical consensus opinions, nor as medical consultations.
The User is invited to exercise caution and reserve with regard to the use of the information for him/herself and third parties, as well as with regard to the results obtained.
The information on naturopathy offered by Natflow does not replace a medical diagnosis and/or treatment, and does not in any way exempt the User from consulting a doctor, the latter being the only person authorized to establish a medical diagnosis and appropriate medical treatment.
- Who owns the Natflow web application?
The web application has been designed and developed by the company Natflow.
Natflow is a SAS with share capital of 1000 euros, whose registered office is located at 395 avenue verte campagne Bâtiment 112 13540 Puyricard, registered with the RCS of Aix en provence under number 913 632 808, represented by its Managing Director, Etienne Jan-Ailleret.

- What content is available on Natflow and how is it classified and referenced?
The content available in the Natflow application is classified and referenced in different categories:
Naturo recipes for self-care
Recipes are listed alphabetically
Users can also filter and search for recipes by theme (sweet, vegan, vegetarian, etc.).
Everyday aches and pains
Users can search for specific aches and pains, or browse the available aches and pains in alphabetical order.
Natural products, products of natural origin and wellness practices
The User can consult information sheets on natural products, products of natural origin (clay, plant oils, flower essences, etc.) and wellness practices (breathing, nutrition, etc.).
The sheets are classified by theme and then alphabetically.
Food supplements
A list of food supplements from partner laboratories can also be consulted.
If the User is a wellness/wellness professional, such as a naturopathic consultant, he or she will be able to access enriched content more suited to his or her professional status.
A paid version gives access to more content, regular updates and additional features.
- What should be remembered about the User's account and personal space?
To access the Natflow application, the User is invited to :
1° enter a username (an e-mail address) and a strong password
2° accept the present General Terms of Use and the Policy on the use of personal data
3° enter your first and last name, your city and specify whether you are a wellness professional or a private individual
The User may update his personal data at any time from his personal space.
The User's personal space contains his favorites (recipes, products, etc.), his lists and any notes he may have made.
The User's connection identifiers are personal. The User must take care to keep them and protect them against loss and unauthorized access.
The User must inform us, by any means and as soon as possible, in the event of :
- theft or loss of login or password due to hacking ;
- theft or loss of your terminal, which could allow a third party to access the web application using his login and password.
The User may also, if he so wishes, request the closure of his account directly from his personal space.
In the event of deletion of the account, the User no longer has access to the application, even if he has taken out a paying subscription. The User's data may be retained, however, in accordance with Natflow's policy on the use of personal data.
- What are the User's commitments?
The User undertakes to comply with these GTUs and in particular with the following rules:
● to be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
● not to suffer from mental problems, not to be under psychiatric care;
● to create a single account;
● to provide accurate, up-to-date and truthful information on his profile;
● not to share his login, password, not to authorize other people to access his account, nor to transfer his account to anyone (without our authorization).
The User also undertakes to use the Natflow application under the following conditions:
● not to use the information available to carry out treatments and/or diagnoses of human diseases, if he/she is not a doctor;
● not to use the information available to promote, sell or offer for sale unauthorized products;
● not to use the information to engage in operations reserved for pharmacists, if he/she is not a pharmacist;
● not to use the application for the purpose of hindering or altering its operation;
● not to extract, copy, duplicate, elements and graphics of the application;
● not to introduce files/programs that are malicious or contain computer viruses;
● not to import or integrate unauthorized or unsuitable content that is illegal, violates image rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights belonging to others, is racist, pornographic or that may constitute incitement to commit crimes or offenses, defamation or insult, invasion of privacy, or acts endangering minors.
Furthermore, Natflow draws the attention of the professional User to the fact that the application is only intended to provide useful information in naturopathy in order to facilitate the exercise of his activity. However, this information in no way replaces the research and analysis work that must be carried out by the professional User and the consultations that he/she carries out for his/her customers. The information provided by Natflow must therefore be systematically verified and adapted for each client seen in an appointment. Natflow cannot be held liable in this respect.
- Technical services to maintain the Natflow web application in operational condition
In order to provide optimum access to and use of the web application services, Natflow provides the following technical services:
Hosting of the Natflow application and the data it contains
Hosting is provided by Bubble.io and its subcontractors, on an AWS (Amazon Web Services) public cloud.
-Maintenance of the web application
Natflow maintains the web application itself.
-Availability of the web applicationAvailability of the web application
Natflow will make every reasonable effort to ensure the availability of the web application, except during maintenance periods.
Natflow may, however, occasionally interrupt access to the application for maintenance and/or improvement work.
-Security of the application. Natflow will do its utmost to ensure an optimum level of security for the application and undertakes to comply with applicable regulations.
- Natflow intellectual property
● Intellectual property rights of the company Natflow,
The company Natflow owns the intellectual property rights relating to the Natflow web application (including software development, databases, graphics, editorial content, logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, etc.).
The company Natflow holds the intellectual property rights enabling it to grant the User the right to access and use the Natflow application, in accordance with the present GTC.
The User acknowledges that the present GTC do not confer any property right on the application and more generally on the intellectual property elements of the company Natflow. The provision of these elements under the conditions set out in the GCU shall not be construed as the transfer of any intellectual property right, within the meaning of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Thus, the right of access and use granted to the User under these GCU is exclusive of any transfer of intellectual property rights. This applies in particular to the rights referred to in articles L 122-1, L 122-6, L 122-7 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
● License granted to the User to access and use the Natflow
application The holder of the intellectual property rights grants the User, for the duration of the personal account and for the entire world, a right to access and use the application and its contents, this right being personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable.
The User is strictly prohibited from any other use outside the scope of these GCU, in particular any reproduction, adaptation, modification, representation, translation, arrangement, distribution, decompilation, without this list being limitative.
The User undertakes not to infringe Natflow's rights in any way whatsoever, and not to carry out any act likely to result in the counterfeiting of all or part of any element making up the application and/or its contents.
The User is hereby informed that any use of the application or its contents which does not comply with the provisions of these GTUs may expose him/her to legal action (unfair competition, counterfeiting, etc.).
The User is informed that the Natflow web application has been developed from the Bubble platform, in accordance with the latter's terms and conditions, which are available at this link: https://bubble.io/terms
Within the framework of the application, the company may have used elements of third-party intellectual property for which it has obtained the necessary rights for their use.
Notwithstanding article 1626 of the French Civil Code, no warranty of eviction is granted in respect of the elements of intellectual property described above.
- Natflow's liability
Notwithstanding article 15 of the LCEN, Natflow is subject to a general obligation of means. Its liability may only be incurred for a fault proven by the User, unless the User is a private individual and the loss is directly linked to paid services purchased online.
The User accepts that Natflow may not be held liable in any way whatsoever for the use made by the User of the information available.
The User is solely responsible for the choices he/she makes and the consequences of his/her choices.
The User accepts that Natflow cannot be held responsible for the unsuitability of the information for his/her needs.
Natflow cannot be held responsible for the damaging consequences linked to the communication network and the User's Internet access failures.
Natflow may only be held liable for direct damage attributable to the performance or non-performance, even partial, of its obligations hereunder, it being specified that indirect damage is excluded.
Thus, Natflow cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other special damage or event beyond its control or for any reason not attributable to it.
By express agreement between the parties, Natflow's liability is limited, for all direct damage combined, to the sum of €500, except in the event of proven fault on the part of an individual User.
- Personal data protection
As part of its services, Natflow processes Users' personal data.
Natflow undertakes to comply with the French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés") and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data ("RGDP") n°2016/679, under the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy available at this link: https: //natflow.app/mentions-legales
- Modification of the GTCU
Natflow reserves the right to adapt or modify the terms and conditions at any time, which will be accessible from the web application. Whenever necessary, the User is invited to accept the modifications of the GCU.
- Proof agreement
The following provisions thus constitute the evidentiary agreement between the Parties, who undertake to comply with the present article. The Parties agree that, in the event of a dispute, the following elements and procedures will be admissible in court and will constitute proof of the data and facts they contain, as well as of the signatures and authentication procedures they express:
-the User's account data
-information and data stored on the web application
-checkboxes to collect the User's choice
-payment data
-automatic notifications
- Rules you need to know about termination
Natflow reserves the right to terminate a User's account for non-compliance with any of the terms of these GCU or in the event of a legitimate reason.
The User may terminate access to the application at any time by requesting the deletion of his account from his personal space.
Any termination automatically entails the end of the right of access to the services.
- Miscellaneous provisions
Each of the clauses of these GCU must be interpreted, as far as possible, in such a way as to be valid under the law applicable to it. If any provision is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by any court or competent administrative authority pursuant to an enforceable decision, such provision shall be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, and shall be replaced by a valid provision of equivalent effect, which the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith, and as the Parties would have agreed had they known of the unlawfulness, voidness or unenforceability of such provision.
The fact that a Party does not avail itself of any provision hereof shall in no way constitute a waiver of its right to demand compliance with each of its clauses and conditions.
- Applicable law - Jurisdiction
These GCU are governed by French law.
In the event of any dispute not settled amicably, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the court of the place of residence of the defendant, in accordance with article 42 of the French Code of Civil Procedure, or, at the latter's choice, to the place of performance of the services, in accordance with article 46 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
